The Union Centre and SR 747 corridors
The Union Centre Boulevard interchange on I-75 (Exit 19), a diverging diamond, opens onto an area of distribution centers and warehouses. West Chester Trade Center and Mill Creek Logistics Center are both off Union Centre Boulevard. Toward SR 747 and Port Union Road, Port Union Commerce Park spans Fairfield and West Chester, and Fairfield Trade Center adds newer industrial space in Fairfield. SR 129, the Butler County Veterans Highway, ties the area to I-75 at Exit 22.
Logistics, distribution and e-commerce share these parks with manufacturing and automotive work, and we set up containers and pickup schedules to match each building.
Scrap metal pickup
From machine shops to fulfillment centers, we collect steel, cast, aluminum, copper, brass, stainless, wire, racking and banding. We grade to ReMA (formerly ISRI) specs, run each load across certified scales and pay by weight. A hopper at the machine, a lugger in the bay or a 53-foot trailer at the dock keeps scrap off the floor. Scrap metal recycling details.
Roll-off containers
Roll-offs from 10 to 40 cubic yards handle bulk loads in yards and at docks across West Chester and Fairfield. A full container is swapped within 24 hours of your call, with no minimum and no sorting penalty for mixed loads.
Cleanouts, equipment removal and trailers
Tenant turnovers, line changes and plant cleanouts get containers staged before the work begins, and we remove machinery and equipment and pay for the metal by weight — see industrial cleanouts & equipment removal. Retired dry vans, reefers, flatbeds and box trucks are covered by semi trailer removal.
One account for every stream
Add cardboard, plastic and film, paper, e-waste and batteries to the same pickup. See how this works for distribution centers, manufacturers and retail backrooms.
