Yes. Office buildings, warehouses, light manufacturing, retail units, data halls, clinical sites and plant rooms all run on one account, with one number for every site manager and consolidated billing broken out per building.
Do we have to break existing vendor contracts to switch?
No. Sites roll onto the IH-R account as their existing agreements expire, and we run alongside incumbent vendors in the meantime, so no contract has to be broken.
What containers do you supply at each site?
Equipment is sized per site: gaylords, luggers, roll-offs, 53-foot trailers and balers. Swaps happen within 24 hours of a call, mixed loads are accepted with no sorting penalty, and there is no minimum.
What reporting do you provide across the portfolio?
Figures are broken out per site, by material and by load, in the reporting format your team already uses. We serve commercial and industrial accounts within 50 miles of Cincinnati, including Dayton, Northern Kentucky and southeast Indiana.
