Industrial Hauling and Recycling provides secure hard drive destruction and data destruction services for businesses across Greater Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky. We pick up retired hard drives, SSDs and tape media, destroy them, and provide a certificate of destruction on request.
Hard drive destruction service for businesses
Whether your team calls it hard drive destruction or hard drive shredding, the goal is the same: data that cannot be recovered. We take:
- Hard drives and SSDs, loose or still in the equipment
- Servers, desktops and laptops with drives inside
- Backup tapes and other storage media
Certificate of destruction
A certificate of destruction for hard drives is available on request for your compliance file. Every load is recorded by weight and equipment category.
IT asset disposition (ITAD)
Retiring a server room, an office refresh or a data center? Our IT asset disposition service covers pickup of the equipment, data destruction for the drives and recycling for everything else, including servers, racks, cabling and UPS units, on one account. See data center recycling.
Commercial e-waste on the same pickup
Drives can ride on the same pickup as the rest of your commercial e-waste recycling, along with batteries and scrap metal.
