IH-R collects corrugated, film and rigid plastic, strapping, pallets and racking steel from warehouses, distribution centers, 3PL sites and fulfillment centers across Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky.
Equipment is sized to the dock and swaps are scheduled around your receiving windows, so a pickup never blocks a door. A 53-foot trailer takes loose corrugated continuously, which removes on-site storage entirely. Where volume supports a baler, we place one.
One vendor instead of three: one account, one schedule, one contact. Swaps happen within 24 hours, there is no minimum, mixed loads are accepted with no sorting penalty, and nothing we collect goes to landfill.
Rebates. We pay rebates on material and pay for metal by weight. Rates depend on grade and volume.

Warehouse recycling FAQ
Do we need a baler?
Not necessarily. A 53-foot trailer at the dock takes loose corrugated as it comes, with no baler to buy, no maintenance, no operator time and no staging area. When the trailer is full, we swap it. Where volume justifies a baler, we say so plainly and place one. Where it does not, we will not sell you one.
Will pickups interfere with receiving?
No. Swaps are scheduled around your delivery days and receiving windows so a full trailer or a bale queue never blocks a door. Film bales go out on the same pickup as your corrugated.
Do you take waxed or wet corrugated?
Yes. Corrugated from chilled and wet environments is collected alongside plastic crates, totes and pallet wrap. Tell us if it is waxed. It changes the grade, not whether we take it.
Can you scale up for peak season?
Yes. Tell us when peak starts and capacity is staged ahead of the dates, with swap frequency increased before the rush rather than after you call.
Can you handle a racking teardown or re-slot?
Yes. Roll-offs are staged before the work starts and removed when the job is done, for ferrous racking, shelving, wire decking and fixtures. It is handled as a one-off job, with no ongoing schedule required.
Do you work with 3PLs and multi-site operators?
Yes. Equipment and swap frequency are adjusted as client accounts come and go, and multi-site operations run on one account with consolidated reporting. We serve commercial and industrial accounts within 50 miles of Cincinnati, including Dayton, Northern Kentucky and southeast Indiana.
