Plastic scrap doesn’t arrive in one shape. A molder produces purge and runners at the press. A film line produces baled wrap and roll ends. A label plant produces die-cut plastic — the sticky skeleton left behind once the labels are punched out — and it comes off continuously while the press is running.
Most plants end up with material staged somewhere it was never meant to go, because the vendor only takes one form of it. We take the lot: every resin, every form, off the same dock, on the same pickup.

Injection & blow molders
Purge at color change, runners every cycle, rejects by the gaylord. The material lands at the press, not at the dock — so that’s where the container should be.
Label & flexible packaging converters
Die-cut plastic, release liner, slitting trim, butt rolls and startup waste. It’s bulky, it’s tacky, and it fills a dock faster than anyone plans for. We take die-cut plastic on its own or mixed in with the rest.
Film & sheet extruders
Edge trim, startup purge, out-of-spec rolls and roll ends. Baled or loose — we’ll place a baler if the volume carries it.
Thermoformers
Trim skeleton is mostly air and eats floor space immediately. Granulate on site or hand it over as-is; either works.
Warehouses & distribution centers
Stretch wrap and pallet wrap off every inbound load, plus strapping and bags. The same trailer takes your cardboard.
Food, beverage & pharmaceutical
Food-grade containers and film, blister packs, trays and totes. Where the material needs handling under a documented process, we’ll work to it.
We put the container where the material lands
Scrap gets handled twice when the container is in the wrong place. The right setup depends on volume and where in the plant it’s generated.

The trailer option. You do not store the material in the warehouse at all — it goes from the line into the trailer, and the trailer leaves when it’s full. No staging area, no baling corner, no floor space lost to scrap.
