IH-R collects metal and packaging from construction and demolition sites across Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky: structural steel, rebar and bar crops, plate, copper wire, cable and tube, brass fittings, aluminum extrusion and curtain wall, stainless, lead and zinc flashing, ductwork and mechanical units, conduit, rigid plastic pipe, buckets and drums, film and shrink wrap, and site packaging.
Roll-off containers staged by phase
We stage containers ahead of each phase of the job. Lugger boxes fit tight footprints; 20- to 40-yard open tops and 53-foot trailers go where there is room. Swaps within 24 hours, no minimum, and mixed loads with no sorting penalty.
Diversion reporting for green-building credits
Weights and destinations are reported per load, not as a monthly total. We agree on the format before the job starts, so the numbers fit your project diversion targets and certification credits.
Copper and structural steel, graded for rebates
Copper wire, tube and brass are graded separately from mixed ferrous, and structural steel is graded on its own through our copper and scrap metal recycling. We pay rebates on material and pay for metal by weight; rates depend on grade and volume. See all industrial recycling services.
