Industrial Paper & Cardboard Recycling Services

Providing scalable industrial paper recycling services for corporations, warehouses, and manufacturing plants across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky. We specialize in high-volume paper waste removal to optimize your facility’s operational efficiency.

IH-R collects roll ends, trim, shavings, cores, office grades and corrugated direct from commercial and industrial sites, all on one pickup. We pay rebates on material, and nothing we collect goes to landfill.

Bulk removal at the dock

A 53-foot trailer can sit at your dock and be loaded as paper comes off the line, so material never has to be staged or stored in the building. When the trailer is full, we swap it. For trim and shavings at the machine, gaylords sit where the paper lands, and roll-offs handle bulk loads in the yard.

Printers, converters, envelope plants, corrugated box plants, warehouses, manufacturing plants, corporate offices and hospitals all run on the same service, and office paper from the front of the building rides along on the same pickup as production grades.

Scheduled pickups

Pickups run on a fixed schedule set around your shifts and receiving windows, and a full container is swapped within 24 hours of your call. There is no minimum, and mixed loads are accepted with no sorting penalty.

Corporate sustainability reporting

One account covers every site, with one contact and one schedule. Reporting is broken out per site, by material and by load, in the format your corporate or sustainability team already uses. Where confidential destruction is required, it is documented per load and a certificate of destruction is provided on request.

Rebates. We pay rebates on material and pay for metal by weight. Rates depend on grade and volume.

Industrial paper recycling FAQ

Do you pay for paper?

Yes. We pay rebates on paper and other material. Rates depend on grade and volume.

Which grades do you take?

All of the grades listed above, from shavings and envelope cuttings to office paper, corrugated and mixed paper. Grade numbers follow the ReMA (formerly ISRI) paper stock specifications. If you know your grade number, tell us. If not, describe the material and where it comes off, and we will work it out.

Can you handle confidential documents?

Yes. Sorted white ledger and confidential records are collected under confidential destruction, documented per load, on the same schedule as the rest of your recycling. A certificate of destruction is provided on request.

Do we have to separate grades?

No. Mixed loads are accepted with no sorting penalty. Where keeping a clean grade separate earns a better return, we set up the equipment so that separation adds no extra handling for your crew.

Can one account cover several sites?

Yes. Every site runs on one account with one contact, and reporting is broken out per site, by material and by load.

What area do you serve?

We serve commercial and industrial accounts within 50 miles of Cincinnati, including Dayton, Northern Kentucky and southeast Indiana.
