Industrial Hauling and Recycling offers cardboard baler rental for warehouses, distribution centers, grocery and retail stores, and manufacturing plants across Greater Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky. We install the baler, cover repairs and pick up the finished bales. You pay a flat monthly rental instead of buying equipment.
How our baler rental program works
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Installation | A one-time installation fee. It is lower when your existing power works for the baler and higher when electrical work is needed. |
| 2. Flat monthly rental | One flat monthly rental for the baler. |
| 3. Repairs covered | Repairs are covered, except damage from misuse or abuse. |
| 4. Bale pickup | We pick up your finished bales at no charge. |
| 5. Term | A 2-year initial term, then 1-year renewals. |
Vertical baler rental and larger balers
Vertical balers fit in a backroom or a corner of the dock and suit most stores and smaller warehouses. Horizontal balers handle higher volume at distribution centers and plants. Where volume supports it, we place a baler that makes mill-size bales.
Cardboard baler service from start to finish
Our cardboard baler service covers installation, repairs and pickup of every finished bale, so your team only loads the baler. We pay rebates on qualifying loads of baled cardboard. Rates depend on grade, volume and market.
Who rents balers from us
- Warehouses and distribution centers
- Grocery stores and big box and retail backrooms
- Manufacturing plants
If your volume is better suited to a 53-foot trailer at the dock, we will tell you. See commercial cardboard recycling.
Baler rental FAQ
Can we rent a baler instead of buying one?
Yes. A baler for rent on a flat monthly rental means no equipment purchase. We install it, cover repairs and pick up the bales.
Is this a cardboard baler lease?
It works like one: a 2-year initial term, then 1-year renewals.
What does baler rental cost?
It depends on the baler and your site. There is a one-time installation fee, lower when your existing power works and higher when electrical work is needed, plus a flat monthly rental. Call (513) 927-9911 for a quote.
Who repairs the baler?
We do. Repairs are covered, except damage from misuse or abuse.
Do you pick up the bales?
Yes. Finished bales are picked up at no charge, and we pay rebates on qualifying loads.
What area do you serve?
We serve commercial and industrial accounts within 65 miles of Cincinnati, including Dayton, Northern Kentucky and southeast Indiana.
